To support our growth in the Dutch-speaking market, we are looking for a Business Consultant with 2+ years of experience , combining sales execution, inbound lead management, and technical consulting responsibilities.
As a Business Consultant, you will be a key point of contact for SMB prospects. You will act as both a Sales Executive and a Technical Consultant , helping prospects understand how Wello fits their day-to-day operations. You will be supported by senior colleagues while progressively taking ownership of your own pipeline and deals.
Qualify prospects based on their business needs and service operations
• Contact and engage SMBs in the Dutch-speaking market
• Prepare proposals and manage follow-ups through to contract signature
• Ensure a smooth handover to onboarding and customer teams
• Share feedback from prospects and customers with internal teams
Native Dutch speaker with strong English skills
• Interest in SaaS, technology, and business processes
• French or German is a plus
Interest in field service, maintenance, or operational software
Clear growth path toward Sales Executive, Account Executive, or Solutions Consultant roles
You will learn how to qualify real businesses, run demos, and help customers adopt a solution that improves how they work every day.
