Your impact
You own the overarching IT implementation of complex change by:
Defining interdependencies between features, epics and teams
Creating a clear and executable IT implementation plan
Coordinating execution across domains and areas
Making dependencies visible so teams can prioritize correctly
Coordinating end to end testing and activation
Driving collaboration across business, IT and architecture
Reporting progress clearly to different levels of the organization
