Technical Designer

B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming new Technical Designer in our Energy team.

As a Technical Designer at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation.

Context:

Company specialized in secondary electrical systems for substations and energy infrastructure, working on complex projects involving protection, automation and control , within multidisciplinary teams.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design secondary electrical systems (protection, automation, control)
• Adapt standard drawings to project-specific and existing installations
• Perform technical studies in compliance with internal norms and standards
• Produce and quality-check drawings using AutoCAD
• Collaborate closely with project engineers, technicians and external partners
• Provide technical support during manufacturing, construction and commissioning
• Solve technical issues on site during construction and commissioning phases.

Your Profile:

• Technical or engineering background in Electrical / Electrotechnical engineering
• Strong interest in protection, automation and control systems
• Experience or knowledge of AutoCAD
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
• Structured, quality-oriented and collaborative mindset
• Motivation to grow through a structured traineeship program
