β¨ About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Architect with at least 10 years of experience to design, govern, and optimize complex data architectures. You translate business and stakeholder needs into scalable, secure, and future-proof data solutions, aligned with organizational strategy and regulatory requirements.
You play a key role in defining data standards, ensuring data quality and integrity, and driving innovation through modern data technologies.
π§ Key Responsibilities
π» Design scalable data architectures aligned with organizational strategy
π Create and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models
π§ͺ Design, build, and optimize ETL and ELT processes
π Implement automated data workflows and monitor data pipelines for errors or delays
π€ Collaborate with stakeholders, data scientists, analysts, and development teams
π Work with unstructured data and big data technologies
β‘ Contribute to data lakes, AI and ML integrations, and real-time data processing
π Deliver clear, well-structured documentation in English
π₯ Coach colleagues and provide technical leadership across teams
π― Requirements
βοΈ Minimum 10 years of experience as a Data Architect
βοΈ Strong expertise in data architecture, data governance, and data modeling
βοΈ Deep technical knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including Graph databases
βοΈ Experience with Apache NiFi or similar data flow and transformation tools
βοΈ Solid understanding of data and application lifecycle management and CI/CD
βοΈ Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean
βοΈ Familiarity with GDPR and data management in regulated environments
βοΈ Experience with modern data concepts such as data lakes, AI, ML, NLP, and real-time processing
βοΈ Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
