Intro

We are looking for an E-Commerce Performance Expert

You will play a key role in driving online performance, optimizing customer journeys, and supporting data-driven sales growth for our clients’ digital platforms. This is a full-time position with a flexible working model, including the option to work remotely two days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans to improve e-commerce performance in line with client strategies.
  • Set up, run, and monitor A/B and multivariate tests to optimize UX, conversion, and offers.
  • Analyze customer journeys and recommend improvements across product pages, funnels, and CTAs.
  • Collaborate closely with digital, marketing, and product teams to implement changes based on insights.
  • Manage CRO tools and dashboards to provide actionable recommendations to clients.
  • Support lead generation, cross-selling strategies, and campaign optimizations.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify digital best practices in relevant sectors.
  • Validate hypotheses with data and collaborate with pricing and product teams to prioritize initiatives.

Experience & Competences

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, or a related field, or equivalent by experience.
  • Proven experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and performance analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and testing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely).
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising (Google, Meta, Display, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive, structured, and results-driven mindset.
  • Language skills: Fluent in Dutch or French, with professional proficiency in English.
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in energy, telecom, or banking sectors.
