E-Commerce Performance Expert We are looking for an E-Commerce Performance Expert You will play a key role in driving online performance, optimizing customer journeys, and supporting data-driven sales growth for our clients’ digital platforms. This is a full-time position with a flexible working model, including the option to work remotely two days per week. Develop and execute test plans to improve e-commerce performance in line with client strategies. Set up, run, and monitor A/B and multivariate tests to optimize UX, conversion, and offers. Collaborate closely with digital, marketing, and product teams to implement changes based on insights. Validate hypotheses with data and collaborate with pricing and product teams to prioritize initiatives. Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, or a related field, or equivalent by experience. ~ Hands-on experience with analytics and testing platforms (e.g., Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations. ~ Language skills: Fluent in Dutch or French, with professional proficiency in English. ~5+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in energy, telecom, or banking sectors. Flexible working arrangements, including remote work options.
