Key Responsibilities

βœ… Monitor chatbot usage, performance metrics, and user feedback

βœ… Support model evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives

βœ… Collaborate closely with AI Engineers and AI Architects

βœ… Document requirements, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders

βœ… Ensure chatbot solutions align with organizational needs and priorities

Required Skills & Experience
