&##You’ll work closely with developers, support teams, and stakeholders to:
Improve performance and service quality over time
Think of it as part engineer, part detective, part diplomat.
&##Support the migration to modern cloud-based tools and platforms
Manage incidents and changes using tools like ServiceNow
Collaborate with other SREs and incident managers across teams
You have a technical background (e.g. software engineering, IT architecture)
You’ve worked with incident/change/service management in complex environments
You enjoy working in a data-driven, monitoring-heavy context
You speak fluent Dutch or French, and have solid English skills
