People & Culture Intern

YOUR ROLE AS P&C INTERN

As a People & Culture Intern, you will work at the heart of Exsolvæ, in close collaboration with the management and the core team.

This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of:

• People Operations

• Knowledge & Learning

• Marketing & Communication

• Company Life & events

Your mission is to help structure internal practices, strengthen knowledge sharing, and contribute to building a strong, coherent, and intentional company culture.

This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, connecting people, and building systems in a dynamic and evolving environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Knowledge sharing & learning

• Support the Domain Leaders in the coordination of internal trainings and knowledge-sharing

(Cerebro) sessions

• Structure, document, and maintain internal learning content (materials, replays,

documentation)

• Help design recurring formats and best practices for knowledge transfer

• Contribute to making internal knowledge accessible, useful, and reusable

Intern recruitment & experience

• Support the recruitment of interns (screening, interviews, onboarding)

• Act as a point of contact for interns throughout their journey

• Help structure onboarding processes and continuously improve the intern experience

Internal life & events

• Organize internal events (team moments, workshops, offsites)

• Support external or community events linked to Exsolvæ

• Contribute to team engagement and cohesion

Communication & visibility

• Contribute to internal communication initiatives

• Support Exsolvæ’s presence on social media and public visibility

• Help showcase Exsolvæ’s culture, projects, and key moments

YOUR PROFILE

• Student in last year of business, HR, communication, social sciences, or a related field studies

• Strong interest in people, culture, learning, and new technologies

• Outgoing personality, comfortable in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and demanding

environment

• Structured, autonomous, and reliable

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Fluent in French AND/OR Dutch (spoken and written)

• Comfortable with digital and collaborative tools (Suite Adobe, Generative AI, MS 365, etc), …
