Your function

As a tax expert, you will be responsible for working on various tax-related assignments. You will play a key role in supporting M&A transactions and providing valuable insights to clients.

• Performing tax due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
• Assisting in designing acquisition and financing structures.
• Contributing to corporate and real estate (re)structuring.
• Collaborating with senior team members on complex tax issues.
• Remaining abreast of relevant tax legislation and changes.
• Providing clear, concise tax advice to clients across various sectors.
• Managing client relationships and contributing to the development of tax strategies.
• Working closely with legal, finance, and other teams to ensure project execution.

Your profile

• You have a master degree in Law, Applied Economics, or Finance; a complementary master's degree in taxation is a strong plus.
• You have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in taxation, for example, at a Big 4 firm or in the tax department of a law firm.
• You are dynamic, open to change, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
• You have strong communication skills and a keen interest in working with people.
• You have a good sense of humor and enjoy a collaborative work environment.
• You speak perfect Dutch OR French.
• You are eager to learn and want to grow within the organization.
