Business Analyst

Nexeo Belgium is a consulting company supporting clients in the banking, finance, insurance, and public sectors throughout their transformation projects.

We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Fraud Cluster within the Customer Servicing and Efficiency Tribe of a leading bank.

Mission Context

The Fraud Cluster provides tools and coordinates bank-wide strategy to prevent and detect fraud. The BA will lead business analysis activities, act as Opus/Feature owner , and support Agile ideation and refinement (EPIC/OPUS). You will work closely with business, tech, and stakeholder teams to ensure efficient, future-oriented fraud prevention solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for end-to-end features and opuses (Opus/Feature owner)
• Gather, challenge, and document business needs, ensuring alignment with strategy and customer experience
• Facilitate Agile ideation and refinement workshops
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for target solutions
• Support end-to-end testing, report on progress, defects, and risks
• Assist in change management and solution adoption at go-live
• Identify and manage constraints, risks, and impediments transparently

• Dutch – Fluent
• French – Fluent
• English – Fluent

Education

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience & Technical Skills

Mandatory

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis
• Experience with Agile ideation/refinement techniques and Opus/Feature ownership
• Expertise in MS Office, including data visualization
• Contribution to testing and functional analysis

Preferred

• Knowledge of fraud detection and prevention in banking
• Functional and technical understanding of solutions
