Nexeo Belgium is a consulting company supporting clients in the banking, finance, insurance, and public sectors throughout their transformation projects. We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Fraud Cluster within the Customer Servicing and Efficiency Tribe of a leading bank. Mission Context The Fraud Cluster provides tools and coordinates bank-wide strategy to prevent and detect fraud. The BA will lead business analysis activities, act as Opus/Feature owner , and support Agile ideation and refinement (EPIC/OPUS). You will work closely with business, tech, and stakeholder teams to ensure efficient, future-oriented fraud prevention solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead business analysis for end-to-end features and opuses (Opus/Feature owner) Gather, challenge, and document business needs, ensuring alignment with strategy and customer experience Facilitate Agile ideation and refinement workshops Translate business requirements into functional specifications for target solutions Support end-to-end testing, report on progress, defects, and risks Assist in change management and solution adoption at go-live Identify and manage constraints, risks, and impediments transparently Profile Languages Dutch – Fluent French – Fluent English – Fluent Education ~ Master’s degree or equivalent experience Experience & Technical Skills Mandatory ~6+ years of experience in business analysis ~ Experience with Agile ideation/refinement techniques and Opus/Feature ownership ~ Expertise in MS Office, including data visualization ~ Contribution to testing and functional analysis Preferred Knowledge of fraud detection and prevention in banking Functional and technical understanding of solutions Soft Skills Analytical, curious, and efficiency-oriented Strong ownership and autonomy Team player with excellent stakeholder management Customer-centric and structured Problem-solving mindset and adaptable to change
