We are seeking an elite Acute Care Registered Nurse for a prestigious 1:1 placement within a world-class private medical department. This role is a rare opportunity for a high-functioning clinician to deliver bespoke medical care aboard a premier superyacht navigating the world's most exclusive summer destinations.

The core focus of this role is the dedicated 1:1 clinical care of an 80-year-old VIP. You will provide high-level medical oversight and preventative care as the vessel follows a prestigious Mediterranean cruising itinerary, featuring stops in Monaco, Ibiza, and the Greek Islands. You will be expected to maintain the highest standards of clinical precision while operating within a sophisticated, luxury environment.

You will join a fully integrated, multidisciplinary medical team designed to ensure total patient safety and professional staff support:

• Medical Oversight: Directed by an expert Lead British Doctor.
  

• Clinical Support: Working alongside onboard Physiotherapists and a team of fellow Western-trained nursing specialists.
  

• Safety Protocols: We utilize a strict double-nurse shift system to ensure continuous 24/7 expert coverage while guaranteeing that our medical staff remains rested, alert, and clinically sharp.
  

The successful candidate will demonstrate a blend of clinical mastery and refined professional poise:

• Education: A Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is an absolute requirement.
  

• Clinical Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E).
  

• Communication: Native or C1-level English proficiency.
  

• Soft Skills: Exceptional discretion, professional maturity, and the ability to adapt to a high-end maritime setting.
  

• Compensation: £60,000 per annum (Tax-Free).
