Your Responsibilities
Business Development
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outbound efforts
• Assist in lead generation and nurturing campaigns alongside the sales and marketing teams
• Follow up with prospects after successful event invitations or meetings to convert them into clients, in collaboration with the Sales Manager
• Support preparation of client-facing materials (presentations, proposals, emails, etc.)
• Attend external events, trade fairs, and meetings when applicable
Marketing Support
• Contribute to the development and execution of lead generation campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales goals and promotional efforts
Sales Administration
• Help maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
• Support reporting processes and assist in preparing internal sales dashboards and performance metrics
• Coordinate with other internal teams (technical, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth follow-up and client satisfaction
Security Awareness
• Adhere to company policies related to data protection, confidentiality, and information security
• Promote and practice a security-first mindset in all customer communications and internal processes

Profile We're Looking For
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• Native Dutch speaker (mandatory)
• Good command of French and/or English is a strong asset
• a self-taught person as we all are
• motivated to step into the cybersec world
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM platforms is a plus
