Perfect Execution Business Analyst

This is a temporary role for 8 months - starting on 1/3/2026

As a Perfect Execution Business Analyst you will:
• Support the Execution lead on the tracking of the in year execution of the externalized field team
• Guarantee Best in class execution of Commercial and Customer plans into the BeLux Modern Trade, convenience & Away From Home channels
• You will work with Modern Trade, Away From Home, Convenience & Traditional Trade in BeLux

• Support the Perfect Execution Mngr BeLux in building a long term, sustainable field strategy in cooperation with the sales leads, DX lead and the external partner (inform, consult, execute) 
• Build and maintain the data interface between PepsiCo and the external field provider 
• Build and maintain the proper dashboards and controls allowing PepsiCo to keep track of field execution (inform, consult, execute) 
• Constantly challenge on the most optimal and efficient organization in terms of sales and execution (inform, consult).
• Support the Perfect Execution Mngr BeLux in translating the PEP AOP into SMART objectives and targets for the external partner (inform, consult) 
• Be part of the hub between the external partner and the PEP BeLux organization (execute) 
• Support the Perfect Execution Mngr BeLux in collecting all relevant elements (ass. lists, planograms, technical data,…) that need to be loaded in the partner's field automation tool (inform, consult, execute)

• Strong analytical skills, able to see connections in data, trends with regard to generating insights 
• Ability to understand the different types of information required by different stakeholders 
• Ability to build an action plan driven by and built upon the collected insights  
• Highly skilled in MS Excel 
• Solid storytelling and presentation skills 
• Teamplayer 
• Stakeholder mgmt.  
• Managing both internal as well as external stakeholders 
• University degree (sales, marketing, business management) or equal through experience
