De SPOT-coördinator werkt nauw samen met het buitendienstteam en de klanten om de SPOT-activiteiten (onderdelen, tijd en materiaal en offertes) te promoten en uit te breiden. De SPOT-coördinator is het gezicht van Honeywell naar de klant en heeft direct contact met eindgebruikers, collega's en leveranciers. De SPOT-coördinator deelt kennis over Honeywell-oplossingen om de efficiëntie en de teamprestaties te verbeteren.

Responsibilities
De belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn:

• Klantenondersteuning bieden, klantgegevens controleren, offertes opstellen, klanten opvolgen en proactief zoeken naar verkoopkansen voor onderdelen.
• Met betrekking tot tijd en materiaal (T&M) en offertes op aanvraag (QR):
• Het ontvangen van offerteaanvragen van het buitendienstteam voor eenvoudige projecten
• Het bestellen, ontvangen en coördineren van alle materialen voor de T&M- en RQ-documenten
• Het opvolgen van alle openstaande T&M- en RQ-documenten wanneer we wachten op goedkeuring van de klant, het verkrijgen van inkooporders, het genereren van werkorders en het zorgen voor de juiste documentatie
• Het voorstellen van nieuwe projecten en initiatieven om extra SPOT-inkomsten voor Honeywell te genereren
• Het bijhouden van alle projecten en een duidelijk inzicht hebben in het slagingspercentage voor T&M- en RQ-documenten.

De succesvolle kandidaat zal werken vanuit het dichtstbijzijnde HBS-kantoor in Kortrijk of Wilrijk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of certificaat in een technische discipline gerelateerd aan HVAC of gebouwautomatisering.
• Solide service-ervaring in een gerelateerde branche (3-5 jaar)
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een hoge mate van motivatie
• Eerdere ervaring in klantenservice
• Nauwkeurig en in staat om instructies correct op te volgen
• Sterke presentatievaardigheden

The SPOT Coordinator's role is to work closely with the field service team and the customers to promote and grow the SPOT (Parts, T&M and RQ) business. The SPOT Coordinator is the face of Honeywell to the customer and interacts directly with end-users, peers and vendors. The SPOT Coordinator share knowledge of Honeywell solutions to enhance efficiencies and team ability.

The Main Responsibilities For The Role Are

• Providing customer support, verifying customer information, preparing estimates, following up with customers and proactively look for opportunities to sell more parts.
• Regarding Time and Materials (T&M) et Quoted Reactive (QR).
• receiving requests from the field service team to provide a quotation on simple opportunities
• ordering, receiving and coordinating all materials for the T&M and RQ
• following up all open T&M and RQ when we're waiting for customers' approval, getting purchase orders, generating work orders & ensuring proper documentation
• Proposing new opportunities & initiatives to drive additional SPOT revenue for Honeywell
• Tracking all opportunities and having a clear understanding of the win rate for T&M and RQ.

The successful candidate will work out of the nearest HBS office in Kortrijk or Wilrijk.

Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor or certificate in a technical discipline related to HVAC or Building Automation Systems.
• Solid service experience in a related industry ( 3-5 years)
• Strong communication skills, and a high level of motivation
• Previous customer service experience
• Detail‑oriented, able to follow instructions accurately
• Strong presentation skills
