We are looking for a MSAT Bio DS Process Lead who is detail-oriented, innovative, and solution-driven to join our Bio Manufacturing Science and Technology Team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine l'Alleud, Belgium.
About the role
As a MSAT Bio DS Process Lead, you will drive process tech transfers from Development to internal or external Commercial Manufacturing facilities and between commercial manufacturing facilities. You will be accountable for commercial-scale process validation for mammalian biotechnological manufacturing processes, ensuring seamless documentation, compliance, and improvement initiatives to optimize performance and efficiency.
Who you will work with
You will lead the technology transfer projects and ensure that objectives are met by coordinating the activities of the various stockholders. For this end, you willwork closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Industrial Leads, Analytical Transfer & QC Readiness teams, Development teams as well as external laboratories and CMOs. You will act as the primary contact for regulatory partners and internal teams, providing expertise and guidance throughout the tech transfer and product lifecycle management processes.
