Process Engineer – Sterile Manufacturing

• You support the development of robust processes for new and commercial sterile injectable drug products.
• You collaborate with partners to ensure correct project scoping and execution.
• You engage in protocol and report writing to support process documentation.
• You facilitate the connection of small-scale manufacturing equipment to the company network.
• You ensure alignment with lab procedures to promote coworker safety and operational efficiency.
• You participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance service quality.
• You contribute to decision-making processes based on established criteria.

What are we looking for?

• You hold a
  Master's degree in Civil, Industrial, Bio-engineering, Industrial Pharmacy
  , or an equivalent scientific field (e.g., Bioengineering, Pharmacist, Biochemistry, Biotechnology).
• You have at least
  2-5 years of experience
  in a production environment within the pharmaceutical industry.
• You possess knowledge of
  aseptic processes, cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization
  .
• You are an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
• You bring organizational skills and attention to detail to every project.
• You demonstrate proficiency in
  technical writing
  .
• You are proficient in
  Dutch
  and
  English
  .
