As a Senior Consultant, you'll lead initiatives to enhance operational excellence, reduce costs, and elevate quality in banking operations. Your role extends beyond traditional consulting as you collaborate closely with clients to identify potential process improvements, automations, and opportunities for AI implementation. Drive (agile) projects forward, making sure you deliver on time, on quality & on budget. Support the adoption of newly implemented solutions through solid change management taking into account your customer's culture & environment. Implement strategies to streamline processes and optimize efficiency, resulting in cost reduction and enhanced quality. Discover potential applications for AI to enhance decision-making and improve operational processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements for application improvement or development, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Support banks in adopting new ways of working, achieving straight-through processing, and enhancing customer satisfaction. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in banking, consulting, or a related industry. ~ Knowledge and experience in banking services such as lending, daily banking or payments. ~ Strong process analysis and business analysis skills. ~ Collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively with clients and internal teams. ~ Fluency in Dutch or French as a native language, with a very good proficiency in the other and fluency in English. ~ We strive to create a work environment where you feel valued and supported, both professionally and personally.
