AI / ML Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior AI / ML Engineer to play a key role in delivering an innovative AI-driven MVP. You’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge technologies, building robust pipelines and smart retrieval systems that power real-world AI applications.

🎯 Your Mission

As part of a dynamic AI squad, you will:

🔹 Design and develop end-to-end AI data pipelines

🔹 Handle document ingestion, parsing, and metadata extraction

🔹 Build embeddings, RAG pipelines, search logic, and AI response engines

🔹 Integrate AI services (Azure OpenAI) with APIs, databases, and UI

🔹 Ensure performance, security, and scalability of all components

🔹 Collaborate closely with the AI Architect to align with the global solution

🔹 Participate in testing, validation, and go-live activities

🔹 Optimize pipelines and continuously improve AI performance

👉 You’ll kick off with a focused 5-day ramp-up to set up and validate the full technical environment.

🛠 Tech Skills We’re Looking For

You bring solid experience in:

• C#.NET for AI/ML backend development
• Backend engineering with C#, PHP, JavaScript
• Relational & NoSQL databases
• AI concepts: embeddings, model serving, RAG pipelines
• Cloud AI services (experience with Azure OpenAI is a big plus!)
• Data processing architectures and API integrations

Bonus points if you know DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud engineering best practices!
