Overview
A major logistics company in Brussels is looking for a Freelance PMO to support programme delivery and ensure strong governance across multiple projects. The focus is on managing timelines, budgets, and resources to keep initiatives on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Track project timelines, milestones, and dependencies
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
- Coordinate resource planning and allocation
- Produce PMO reports, dashboards, and executive updates
- Support risk, issue, and change management
- Maintain consistent governance and documentation standards
Skills & Experience
- Proven PMO experience, ideally in logistics or supply chain
- Strong planning, financial tracking, and reporting capability
- Skilled in stakeholder coordination across multiple workstreams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- English required; French or Dutch beneficial
