With a focus on delivering exceptional services to our clients, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Specialist to join our growing team and drive new business development in the Belgium market.

This role offers the opportunity to work with industry-leading technology vendors and play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint within an existing client base.

How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Sales Specialist , you will be responsible for:

  • New Business Development: Identify, target, and engage potential clients within the Belgium Cloud market, focusing on new business opportunities and expanding our existing client relationships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, foster long-term partnerships, and identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell. You will be supported by the account manager for this.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Use a structured sales approach to qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals. Ensure a consistent sales process aligned with best practices.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with our technology partners and vendors to design and deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs. Maintain deep knowledge of the vendors and their products to position the right solutions effectively.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the Cloud and Infrastructure domain, providing valuable insights to the company and clients.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, ensuring alignment with sales goals and targets.

What You Bring

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT Sales, preferably within Cloud, IT Infrastructure, or related sectors. Experience in a new business development role is essential.
  • Networking: Valuable network within the Belgium Cloud market and a proven track record of establishing and nurturing client relationships.
  • Technical Knowledge: Conceptual understanding of IT Infrastructure, Cloud technologies, and services such as Cloud Managed Services, API Operations, and Observability.
  • Sales Methodology: Familiarity with popular sales methodologies like BANT, MEDDIC, SPICED, or similar approaches to effectively manage sales cycles.
  • Languages: Fluent in English.
