About the role

Projective Talent is looking for a Medior Customer Journey Expert to strengthen a leading digital business banking environment. You’ll help shape and optimise end-to-end customer onboarding journeys — ensuring that processes are seamless, compliant, and focused on delivering a great experience.

Working at the intersection of technology, data, and customer experience , you’ll translate business needs into concrete digital solutions that make an impact.

Your responsibilities

  • Design, map, and continuously improve digital onboarding and customer data journeys.
  • Analyse customer needs and pain points to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with IT engineers and product teams to deliver practical, customer-friendly solutions.
  • Validate features and processes through user testing and continuous feedback loops.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC, GDPR, and internal risk management standards.
  • Document procedures and prepare training or communication materials for broader teams.

Your profile

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in digitalisation, business analysis, KYC, customer data, or onboarding .
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, with hands-on project delivery experience.
  • Fluent in English (French or Dutch is a plus).
  • Able to collaborate across teams, bridging business and IT perspectives.
  • Proactive, structured, and passionate about creating excellent digital customer experiences.
