is a fast-growing co-living startup with over 3,500 bedrooms in Brussels , New York , Washington D.We raised more than 200M€ and are now setting up a proper in-house tech team to support our growth. You will be working hand-in-hand with our VP Engineering in an exciting position, helping design and maintain expertise in the flow of application processes and systems related to the company. The ideal candidate is passionate about tech , carefully tweaking products and features to drive maximum impact. The job will require getting your hands dirty through critical operations to keep our tech products running smoothly, investigating and understanding the root cause of issues, supporting other teams, and helping in product delivery; all that in the fast-paced environment of a growing startup. Manage and resolve operations for our system issues & limitations, provide updates, and perform root cause analysis. Provide technical support and guidance on operations validation to other teams: Help in the development to delivery: fixes, feature improvements, and low-code complementary tools. Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web/mobile technologies. Strong understanding of SQL , Node.js , and API integrations . Previous experience at a fast-paced tech startup. Full working proficiency in English.
