Join Akkodis as a Senior Key Account Manager (FR/EN/NL) – Life Sciences

Your role

As a true ambassador of Akkodis , you will act as the central link between our client, our internal teams and our strategic vision. You combine business acumen with relationship management and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Building trusted partnerships
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Driving client success
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering solutions aligned with their business objectives and strategic challenges.
  • Owning performance
  • Monitor commercial performance (P&L, forecasts, KPIs) and proactively anticipate future needs.
  • Accelerating growth
  • Identify new opportunities and collaborate closely with recruitment, delivery, sales and global teams to bring them to life.
  • Managing complexity with confidence
  • Handle sensitive or complex situations with professionalism, agility and foresight.

Your profile

  • You are fluent in French and English in a professional environment.
  • You have proven experience in Key Account Management or strategic account leadership.
  • You are a strong communicator and influencer , comfortable engaging at senior level and telling a compelling business story.
  • You thrive in a results-driven environment , managing complex contracts while keeping a clear view on outcomes.
  • Your strengths include active listening, negotiation and impactful presentations .
  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales or a related field and have solid financial awareness.
  • Experience in Life Sciences or the pharmaceutical sector , as well as familiarity with project- or service-based delivery models.
