Customer Service Representative – Battice, Belgium About the role We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic Customer Service Team! You’ll be the vital link between our customers, sales team, internal departments, and logistics partners—helping ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer satisfaction. Based in Battice, Belgium , right next to our manufacturing site, you’ll be part of a team of four, making a real impact every day. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, planning, logistics) Support invoice verification and prepare customer reports to aid business operations Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience in customer service, ideally in an industrial or international environment Fluency in English and French ; German is a strong asset Good IT skills, including SAP If you’re efficient, diligent, and motivated by delivering a positive customer experience , you’ll thrive on our team.
