AI Business Analyst

We are currently seeking a senior AI Business Analyst able to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams on data, NLP and ML-driven solutions in a large institutional environment for a prestigious European Institution in Brussels. 🔍🇪🇺

🖥️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gather, analyse and formalise business and functional requirements for Data, AI and analytics solutions (including NLP/Machine Learning);
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, data scientists and IT teams, ensuring clear alignment from concept to delivery;
• Analyse large and complex datasets to support data-driven decision-making and define relevant data models;
• Contribute to the design of AI/analytics architectures, including dashboards, reporting layers and presentation interfaces (UI/UX);
• Support testing, validation and documentation activities, ensuring compliance with GDPR and emerging AI regulations.

📝 REQUIREMENTS:

• Senior BA experience in complex IT environments (large organisations or public sector preferred);
• Proven exposure to Data and AI projects, including Machine Learning, NLP or advanced analytics initiatives;
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process modelling, UAT and stakeholder management;
• Solid understanding of data concepts: data modelling, data quality, analytics workflows and large datasets;
• Strong experience in AI/data technologies (Python, SQL, BI tools, data platforms, Machine Learning/NLP concepts);
• University degree in Computer Science or relevant fields;
• Fluency in English (C1) and French (B1/B2);
• Ability to work in multicultural and international settings.

This is a hybrid role , requiring on-site presence at the Brussels office 1-2 days per week. 📍
