The Sales Representative is responsible for selling Winkhaus products in the access control sector (mechanical and electronical profile cylinders).He/she advises customers and prospects by identifying their needs in order to offer them a suitable solution.He/she develops the customer portfolio in the whole Walloon area.He/she monitors and do his/her utmost to achieve sales targets set by the Management.Advising end customers, architects, planners and specialist retailers.Assisting product training and/or mounting with the help of the technical advisor.Updating data in CRM_SAP Cloud for Customers on a weekly basis.Monitoring complaints in accordance with Winkhaus process.Attendance at trade fairs.

Technical and commercial know-how in building industryLanguages: fluent in French and English. German and Dutch are a plus.Experience in access control organisationConfidence in acquisition and contract conclusionExcellent customer relations skillsExcellent listening and communication skillsCapacity to adapt to any situationCompetitive spiritAutonomous and organised - management of working time and prioritiesProduct knowledgeComputer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM).B driving licenceExcellent communication with colleaguesSelf-confidentNegotiation skillsEntrepreneurial in his/her sector (with customers and with distributors)
