How you make it count

As a Senior Consultant in our Customer & Sales team, you support banks and insurers in strengthening their commercial performance, redesigning their distribution networks and improving both customer and employee journeys. You combine analytical thinking with practical implementation, helping clients move from strategy to execution.

A week in your role might look like this:

  • Analyse and optimise sales and distribution models across branches, relationship managers, agents, brokers, remote teams, and digital channels.
  • Develop sales excellence initiatives such as customer journey improvements, frontline enablement, and commercial steering.
  • Support commercial transformation programmes , from discovery to delivery, including stakeholder engagement and organisational change.
  • Create actionable insights based on commercial data (volumes, conversion, funnel efficiency, productivity).
  • Collaborate closely with customer‑facing teams to understand their needs, challenges and opportunities.
  • Contribute to the redesign of operating models , governance, roles, incentives or performance measurements.
  • Support go‑to‑market efforts , commercial playbooks, value propositions or segment strategies.
  • Work in an agile or hybrid delivery mode , bringing structure, clarity and communication.

You play a key role in shaping how financial institutions serve their customers and strengthen their commercial engines.

What do you bring to the table?

  • You hold a Master’s degree with 2–5 years of experience in commercial, sales, strategy or transformation domains.
  • You are motivated to work on topics such as distribution , sales performance , and customer journeys .
  • You speak Dutch, French and English fluently.
  • You bring initiative , fresh ideas and an open mindset.
  • You have an analytical and structured approach with an eye for detail.
