Against this backdrop, our client is seeking a thoughtful, strategic and creative professional to join their team as a Service Designer . In this role, you will shape meaningful digital journeys by blending customer aspirations, business goals and the organisation’s technical capabilities into solutions that drive real value for people. You’ll play a key part in imagining future-facing experiences across the Invest domain, ensuring every digital touchpoint feels intuitive, clear and genuinely helpful.

You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team—strategists, UX/UI designers, design engineers, and user researchers—bringing together diverse perspectives to create experiences that resonate. You’ll influence how customers interact with financial tools across Belgium, helping create impact at scale. What you will be doing:

• Design and refine digital customer journeys for the Invest domain, ensuring clarity, usefulness and emotional resonance.
• Translate strategic objectives, customer needs and technological opportunities into actionable experience concepts.
• Collaborate closely with UX design, user research, marketing, communication and technology partners to shape impactful solutions.
• Stay tuned into evolving market and competitor trends to identify meaningful opportunities for innovation.
• Build a deep understanding of existing digital solutions and integrate this knowledge into your conceptual work.
• Participate in cross-functional discussions to ensure design feasibility, quality and alignment with broader business objectives.
• Facilitate or contribute to workshops that help teams align, explore ideas and define clear design directions.
• Support the Digital Team in shaping consistent, engaging experiences across mobile, web, tablet and future touchpoints.
