🔍 Functional Analyst / Scrum Master (Digital & AI)

We are currently looking for a Functional Analyst / Scrum Master to support a strategic digital project focused on a web application integrating a virtual assistant / chatbot .

📍 Location: 1 day/week on-site (Schaerbeek or Berchem) + 4 days/week remote

🗓 Start date: February - Full-time – 5 days per week

💼 Mission Context

You will join an agile team working on the development and evolution of a virtual assistant / chatbot within a web application.

You will act both as a Functional Analyst and Scrum Master , playing a key role in structuring the work, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring high-quality deliveries.

The environment is fully agile, with 10 working-day sprints, daily stand-ups, and regular demos with business stakeholders. You will work closely with business and IT teams, supported by an Agile Coach and a Service Delivery Manager.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Functional & Technical Analysis

• Analyze business requirements related to the virtual assistant / chatbot
• Translate business needs into functional and technical analyses
• Prepare and structure DevReady Jira tickets for the development team
• Act as the functional point of contact for developers

🔹 Scrum Master Role

• Organize and facilitate all agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, demos, story mapping, etc.)
• Bring structure to the team and monitor progress
• Manage the team with a strong focus on quality and timely delivery
• Foster collaboration, engagement, and team ownership
• Apply people management and management by objectives principles

🔹 Support & Quality Assurance

• Support the tester during functional testing
• Help monitor the quality of deliverables
• Act as a bridge between business and development teams

👤 Profile Required

✅ Must-have

• Proven experience with virtual assistant / chatbot / AI projects
• Strong functional and technical analysis skills
• Experience working in agile / Scrum teams
• Background in digital / web projects
• Very good knowledge of Dutch and English
