At Adiutor, our mission is to deliver exceptional value to our customers by providing high-quality chemical raw materials combined with reliable logistics solutions. That means from sourcing raw materials to final delivery and coordinating logistics for both bulk liquid products and packaged goods throughout Europe. Order & Logistics Coordination represents the major part of the daily routine: Manage supplier orders & confirmations, transport arrangements and approve supplier invoices. Manage certificates of analysis and complaint handling within the supply chain. Coordinate SDS documentation in multiple languages. Quality & Compliance: Proactively identify and implement process improvements in logistics, order management, or customer service. Degree in logistics, economics, or equivalent experience. Excellent communication skills and a quality-driven approach. Language skills: Dutch & English (essential), fluent German preferred; French is an asset. Knowledge of international shipping formalities (letters of credit, customs clearance, certificates of origin) is an advantage. A permanent contract in a flexible, international environment.
