• Position Summary:

Reporting to the CT Modality Director and working closely with the Account Managers and Agents, the CT Modality Sales Specialist is responsible for solution design and specialized sales of the CT Modality (medical imaging systems and related solutions) across a defined territory and/or specific accounts. You will have a high degree of autonomy to develop and execute, in collaboration with Imaging Account Managers and Service Account Managers, territory and/or account strategies to optimize revenue and market share while protecting value and pricing. He/She will also comply with all GE Healthcare sales practices and procedures.


• Role Description:

• The Sales Specialist demonstrates an in‑depth understanding of the sales territory, installed base, product portfolio, market & regulatory environment, customer structures, competition, and sales processes. As such, he/she is responsible for quotation, pricing, opportunity closure, and Win/Loss analysis within the territory.
• In collaboration with the customer team, the Sales Specialist analyzes the sector's potential, ensures visibility of account and territory potential, and provides the customer team with value‑promotion elements. He/She guides the customer team in implementing effective functional growth strategies to meet business objectives.
• He/She is the primary point of contact for medical and paramedical staff. His/Her clinical expertise and commercial skills enable maximum customer impact through prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, value and price protection, and contract finalization.
• He/She manages relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and site visits within the territory in coordination with the CT Modality Director.
• He/She understands key operational factors and mechanisms and uses this knowledge to work independently and deliver transparent, structured reporting.
• A strong team player, he/she ensures clear and transparent communication that supports the customer team and the achievement of common goals.
• He/She demonstrates the technical competencies and analytical mindset required for problem solving.
• The Sales Specialist uses various internal sources beyond his/her own team to make decisions and optimize performance.
• He/She manages communication with direct colleagues and external stakeholders, contributes to competitive intelligence, and provides insights to the marketing teams.


• Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree +4 years minimum in Sales or equivalent
• Strong interest in the medical field


• Fluency in French, Dutch and English
• A valid driver's license
