You are an experienced DSP Engineer with a proven track record in mmWave product development. The work spans Python/MATLAB modeling, FPGA-based prototyping for early proof, and lab correlation on reference and prototype platforms. The DSP Engineer will take full ownership of all DSP work items , from concept to verification measurements. Develop, simulate, and evaluate DSP algorithms for mmWave systems in Python/MATLAB , including the creation of reproducible test benches and “golden” reference models. Support the integration of DSP flows into system software/tooling, ensuring repeatability across builds and test sessions. Document algorithms, assumptions, test methods, and results clearly. extensive industrial experience leveraged to build best-in-class high-volume products. At least 5 years of hands-on DSP algorithm development experience using Python and MATLAB. Ability to work effectively in a large, cross-functional and international environment, providing clear communication and structured documentation. Evidence of efficient, repeatable engineering practices. Pharrics develops advanced chip and antenna technology for high-frequency wireless applications.
