As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll lead an amazing team, create unforgettable guest experiences, and help shape the future of a growing food brand that's going places
What You'll DoTake co-ownership of your restaurant's performance and guest experience
Lead, coach, and inspire your team — on the floor and behind the scenes
Keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently
Keep everything in check — from stock and schedules to performance and costs — with sharp focus and precision
Recruit, train, and grow a motivated, customer-first team
Uphold high standards in cleanliness, safety, and food quality
Handle feedback and complaints with a cool head and a warm heart
Collaborate closely with your Manager
