As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll lead an amazing team, create unforgettable guest experiences, and help shape the future of a growing food brand that's going places

• Take co-ownership of your restaurant's performance and guest experience

• Lead, coach, and inspire your team — on the floor and behind the scenes

• Keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently

• Keep everything in check — from stock and schedules to performance and costs — with sharp focus and precision

• Recruit, train, and grow a motivated, customer-first team

• Uphold high standards in cleanliness, safety, and food quality

• Handle feedback and complaints with a cool head and a warm heart

• Collaborate closely with your Manager

You're a natural host who loves connecting with people. Your energy, structure, and leadership make every day in the restaurant better for both guests and your team.

• Hands-on, consistent, and passionate about hospitality

• Backed by at least 3 years of experience in the hospitality sector
