Lead .NET Developer

Our end‑client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead .NET Developer to support the design and development of Web APIs and to take on technical leadership responsibilities within an Integration team composed of developers, analysts, and architects.
The role involves working in a modern cloud‑based environment where Azure services form the backbone of the integration landscape.

Development & Integration

• Design, develop, and maintain Web APIs using ASP.NET / .NET 8+
• Create robust integration solutions using established Integration Patterns
• Implement integration solutions on Azure, such as:
  • Service Bus
  • Logic Apps
  • API Management (APIM)
  • Azure Functions
  • Key Vault
  • Cosmos DB
  • Application Insights
  • Hybrid connectivity, security, logging & metrics
• Contribute to microservices‑oriented architecture and cloud design patterns
• Participate in the development, improvement, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines
• Work in an Agile (SCRUM) environment

Technical Leadership

• Coordinate developer activities (task allocation, follow‑up, technical support)
• Conduct code reviews ensuring compliance with standards, security, performance, and observability best practices
• Provide accurate effort estimations (effort, risk, dependencies)
• Contribute to architecture decisions and guide the team in critical technical choices

Technical Skills

NET / API Development

• .NET 8 or higher
• ASP.NET / Web API development
• Strong development hygiene: testing, security, performance, observability

Azure Cloud

• Practical experience with Azure components such as:
  • Service Bus
  • Logic Apps
  • APIM
  • Application Insights
  • Key Vault
  • Cosmos DB
  • Azure Functions
  • Identity management (Azure AD)

CI/CD & Architecture

• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD environments
• Microservices architecture
• Cloud design patterns

Integration / APIs

• Experience consuming and integrating APIs (bonus if familiar with digital platforms such as HR, ERP, engineering or low‑code systems)
• Solid mastery of integration concepts:
  • Messaging
  • Routing
  • Transformation
  • Orchestration
  • Error handling & retries
  • Idempotency
