Intro

For a client in the region of Leuven, we are looking for a Head of Data & BI.

Are you a strategic and driven professional with a passion for data, business intelligence, and future-proof data ecosystems? As Head of Data & Business Intelligence , you lead the Data & Business Intelligence Department and help the organization grow by turning data into reliable, high-value insights.

Tasks

• Define and maintain data architecture, data models, and data governance aligned with business strategy.
• Ensure continuity and quality of the organization’s data and information flows.
• Lead the development and optimization of the data warehouse, reports, and dashboards.
• Manage and prioritize the work of the Data & BI team.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and build strong partner relationships.
• Monitor BI, data, and analytics trends and translate them into actionable improvements.
• Coach and develop team members to strengthen skills and performance.

Requirements

• Experience in the industry: Hospitals, pharma, ...
• Proven experience in data management, BI environments, and data architecture or governance.
• Strong leadership skills with a coaching mindset.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to dive into technical details when needed.
• Clear communicator who thrives in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Good professional knowledge of French & Dutch
