Head of Data & Business Intelligence Intro For a client in the region of Leuven, we are looking for a Head of Data & BI. Are you a strategic and driven professional with a passion for data, business intelligence, and future-proof data ecosystems? As Head of Data & Business Intelligence , you lead the Data & Business Intelligence Department and help the organization grow by turning data into reliable, high-value insights. Tasks Define and maintain data architecture, data models, and data governance aligned with business strategy. Ensure continuity and quality of the organization’s data and information flows. Lead the development and optimization of the data warehouse, reports, and dashboards. Manage and prioritize the work of the Data & BI team. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and build strong partner relationships. Monitor BI, data, and analytics trends and translate them into actionable improvements. Coach and develop team members to strengthen skills and performance. Requirements Experience in the industry: Hospitals, pharma, ... Proven experience in data management, BI environments, and data architecture or governance. Strong leadership skills with a coaching mindset. Strategic thinker with the ability to dive into technical details when needed. Clear communicator who thrives in a multi-stakeholder environment. Good professional knowledge of French & Dutch Extra Contract: Payroll / Freelance Hybrid remote policy Region: Leuven / Heverlee
