Marketing Lead

As a Marketing Lead, you will be responsible to define our brand narrative, value proposition and drive awareness, acquisition and growth between our services and platform business. 


YOUR IMPACT
Strategy & Positioning (20%)

Define our value proposition and positioning together with the Head of Business Development:

  • Market Mapping: Monitor the evolving competitive landscape and ensure a differentiated positioning in each of our industries and markets

  • Sector Value Props: Support  our Industry Directors in crystalizing the value proposition for our focus industries. 

  • Offer Testing: Testing out offers through well designed marketing campaigns before engaging in a full scale investment. 

  • Communication Strategy: define our overall communication and channel strategy

  • OKRs and Reporting: Refine and monitor our OKRs, ensure clear reporting and proactively look for improvements

Hands-on Execution (60-70%)
  • Content Management: Work with our content marketeer to define our overall content strategy and support her with SEO and GEO optimization where needed

  • Campaigns & Leads: Execute multi-channel digital campaigns designed specifically for lead generation (not just \"likes\").

  • Social & Events: Manage the social media calendar and run both internal and external events.

  • Analytics: Track everything. Use data to reallocate budget toward what actually converts.

  • Partner Marketing: define and execute a channel marketing strategy with our alliance partners such as Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, AWS, Anthropic and Cisco.

Coordination & Ops (10-20%)
  • Team Management: Coordinate and coach the marketing team and engage with internal clients (industry directors, sales teams and delivery organization)

  • External Partners: Direct agencies and freelancers to ensure quality stays high.

  • PR: Handle press releases and media relations

  • Budget: manage our annual marketing budget,look for ways to optimize and reallocate to most performing tactics.


WHY YOU? 

First things first, you have: 

  • Sector Expertise: Mandatory experience in a tech/AI start-up or service company/ consultancy. You must be comfortable with the tech lingo but also ambiguity and rapid changes and decision-making. 

  • Experience: 7+ years of Marketing experience. 

  • Education: Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field.


Core Marketing Competencies:

  • End-to-end marketing: proven experience in both marketing strategy (positioning/GTM) and hands-on execution (SEO, SEA, CRM, and Content).

  • Data-Driven: Advanced analytical skills, you don't just report data, you use it to re-steer strategy. 

  • Project Coordination: Expert at managing and working with cross-functional stakeholders and multiple workstreams via tools like Notion. 

  • Product and Service Marketing: while our current focus is on B2B/ Enterprises, expertise in driving demand in B2C SaaS products (eg through viral marketing, influencer marketing etc) are a plus

Communication & Language

  • Professional fluency in English, Dutch is a bonus. 

  • Ability to translate complex AI  concepts into attractive and crisp business value propositions. 

  • Experience in people and budget management
