AI Project Manager


Your purpose at Stanley/Stella

As AI Project Manager, you will structure, deploy, and scale AI initiatives across the organization. You will oversee the full lifecycle of AI solutions—from opportunity identification to deployment, adoption, and measurement—while empowering users and animating a strong community of AI champions. 
You will join the Digital & AI Transformation team, a small, dynamic group of project managers, solution specialists, and software engineers. 
This role is ideal for a technical profile with 5–8 years of experience who wants to grow into broader transformation responsibilities while staying deeply connected to hands‑on innovation and experimentation. 
Key Responsibilities 
1. \"Everyday AI\": adoption, enablement & community building 
Administer, support, and promote day-to-day AI tools (M365 Copilot, workflow automations, agents, etc.). 
Drive change management efforts to ensure safe, responsible, and confident AI usage. 
Act as a trusted advisor to business teams to identify use cases and integrate AI into daily operations. 
Deliver training, demos, office hours, and documentation to accelerate AI adoption. 
Animate and expand the AI Champions community across departments. 
2. \"Gamechanging AI\": end-to-end project delivery 
Identify, qualify, and prioritize AI opportunities across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Product, Operations, or Finance. 
Define business requirements, project scopes, and expected value. 
Manage AI projects end-to-end: planning, coordination, execution, testing, deployment, and planning, coordination, execution, testing, deployment, and measurement. 
Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth delivery. 
Facilitate pilots, PoCs, and industrialization of promising AI solutions. 
Track ROI, KPIs, adoption, and risks across the AI roadmap. 
3. Broader transformation support 
Support digital or organizational initiatives beyond AI when needed in our fast‑paced scale‑up environment. 
Required experience & skills 
Core background 
6-8 years of experience in digital, IT, data, or transformation projects. 
Proven track record in (IT) project management and driving crossfunctional initiatives. 
Proven track record in delivering meaningful AI solutions to business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Product, Operations, or Finance. 
Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements. 
Ability to validate simple prototypes or workflows with business users. 
Experience working in fastmoving or scaleup environments is a strong plus. 
AI & technical skills 
Good understanding of AI concepts, LLMs, GenAI use cases, and workflow automation. 
Experience with workflow/automation tools (Power Automate, n8n, etc.). 
Comfortable working and administrating AI tools. Affinity with IT security and data management is a plus. 
Good analytical/data skills (Excel, SQL) and ability to collaborate with technical teams. 
A good command of Rest APIs and integration technologies is a plus.

Excellent communicator able to make AI simple and accessible.
