Business Process Excellence Manager (D365 & Data)


About the role

For our Animal Health organization, we are looking for a Business Process Excellence Manager to professionalize and integrate our business processes, data governance, and ERP landscape. 

Reporting to the Head of the Transformation Office, you will manage SAP and Dynamics 365 while moving toward a unified D365 environment. Ensuring clarity, consistency, and ownership across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Quality.

The position is based across Espoo (Finland), Arendonk (Belgium), and Arques (France), with regular travel and close collaboration across sites.

Your mission is to optimize processes and reporting, strengthen master data, and create a single source of truth for reliable insights and decision-making.

The Four Strategic Domains & Team Leadership

You will lead and develop a small, specialized team of approximately four professionals across four strategic domains:

  • D365 Process Excellence: Translate complex operations into optimized end-to-end processes within Dynamics 365 and related applications.
  • Master Data Governance: Define and lead the Master Data Management strategy, ensuring data quality, ownership, consistency, and proper segregation of duties.
  • Digital Transformation & Insights: Enable smarter reporting and analytics through Power BI, AI, and dashboards, in collaboration with BI specialists.
  • Program Management: Lead the integrated roadmap, managing priorities, dependencies, budgets, and cross-functional alignment.

Your key responsibilities

  • Own core processes and data flows, ensuring clarity and scalability.
  • Lead the transition from SAP to D365, balancing short-term continuity with long-term transformation.
  • Build strong data foundations for reliable reporting and decision-making.
  • Coach and develop a multidisciplinary team, clarifying roles and priorities. 
  • Collaborate with all functions to align business and system needs.
  • Oversee transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

You will report directly to the Head of the Transformation Office and operate as a true partner in shaping the transformation agenda.

Our expectations

We are looking for a senior professional with strong experience of business processes, ERP systems, and data governance, experienced in leading people and complex transformations.

Required qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading business process optimization and ERP-enabled transformation programs
  • Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365; experience with SAP is a strong advantage
  • Program Management (PMO Skills) 
  • Solid understanding of master data governance, data quality, and process ownership
  • Experience in international, regulated environments
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English; willingness to travel regularly between Espoo, Arendonk, and Arques
