As a Life Insurance Product Developer at Allianz Benelux, you are the catalyst for innovation in our life insurance offering. Acting as a central pivot, you collaborate with Sales, Actuarial, and Marketing teams to turn our growth ambitions in the Belgian and Dutch markets into reality.

Your Responsibilities

• Product Development: Coordinate the end-to-end Product Development Process (PDP/PARP) for new and existing Life Retail products.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor the performance of the Tak 21 and Tak 23 portfolios using smart KPI dashboards and implement strategic adjustments where necessary.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute the annual marketing plan to strengthen our market position and drive profitable growth.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central expert for internal stakeholders and convince senior management through robust business cases and presentations.
• Market Intelligence: Transform complex data and competitive analysis into concrete improvement projects for our products and customer journeys.

Your Profile

You hold a Master's degree (e.g., Economics, Law, or Marketing) and bring at least 3 to 5 years of experience in product management within the insurance sector, specifically in Life insurance. You possess deep knowledge of the Belgian or Dutch markets regarding Tak 21 and Tak 23 products. You are analytically strong, commercially minded, and capable of communicating complex matter with clarity. You are fluent in English and Dutch; proficiency in French is considered a strong asset.
