Commercial Deployment Manager


Location: Tour & Taxis - Brussels, Belgium

Contract: Project base (12-month contract)

Reporting to the Benelux CD Transformation Lead, dotted line to Market Deployment Lead, high exposure to TMICC EU project teams.

Who you are?

  • Deep understanding of the market's financial and commercial operating model, including O2C, pricing, trade terms management, and contracting principles.

  • Ability to coordinate input from multiple SMEs and translate global guidance into local operational activities, including revenue risk mitigation.

  • Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise between Finance,  Local Sales, and Global teams.

  • Familiarity with SAP, OTC (Order-to-Cash), Master Data Management, EDI, S&OP and other commercial tools or methodologies is desirable.

  • Prior experience in deployment or commercial transformation projects is an advantage

  • High digital literacy and interest to AI.

Scope of work:

  • Acts as the primary country/cluster GTM Engagement & Revenue Assurance representative during local deployment, coordinating and monitoring all commercial inputs throughout the transition period.

  • Coordinates and collaborates with other functions, such as Supply Chain, Finance,  and IT to ensure timely and complete debrief of local sales teams on key milestones, deliverables and activities

  • Engages local SMEs to gather knowledge on customer relations, agreements, invoicing practices, master data and revenue risk points.

  • Participates in regional revenue assurance workshops and provides input for sign-off on milestone and stage-gate readiness.

  • Supports and leads local sales teams to manage any issues and prevent revenue leakage.

  • Ensure local sales teams complete tasks as per the regional plan and helps flag and mitigate risks and resolve any issues

  • Acts as the bridge between the regional/central Revenue Assurance leads and the local sales  organization
