We are looking for a
Senior Python Developer
to join an international project in
Belgium.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• Senior profile with a minimum of
  5 years of professional experience
  as a Python Developer or in a similar role;
• Proven track record of developing and deploying Python-based applications;
• Strong proficiency in Python 3.x, including advanced language features and best practices;
• Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Pyramid;
• Solid experience in developing web applications using Python-based frameworks;
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for frontend development;
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite;
• Hands-on experience with ORM libraries (e.g. SQLAlchemy);
• Ability to design, develop, and implement RESTful APIs using frameworks like Django REST Framework or Flask-RESTful;
• Familiarity with data processing and analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy;
• Experience with data visualization libraries (Matplotlib, Plotly) is a plus;
• Experience with testing frameworks such as unittest, pytest, or nose;
• Proficiency in Git and version control best practices;
• Familiarity with deployment processes and DevOps practices;
• Strong understanding of security best practices for Python-based web applications;
• Fluent in English or French;
• Valid documentation to work in Portugal
  (EU citizenship or valid residence/work authorization).
