Change manager


Our client is looking for a senior profile to strengthen IT Operations within a structured and complex environment. The role covers both project and business-as-usual activities, with a strong focus on operational stability, risk control, and service continuity. Close coordination with internal IT teams and external service providers is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of Change and Release activities across the IT landscape.
  • Ensure that all changes are thoroughly reviewed, approved, scheduled, and implemented in a controlled manner.
  • Serve as the central communication and coordination link between internal teams and external partners.
  • Oversee adherence to operational procedures and address any non‑compliance when necessary.
  • Provide backup support for Incident Management and take the lead during major incident situations.
  • Support audits, maintain process documentation, track key performance indicators, and contribute to ongoing improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong background in IT operations, service management, or IT governance roles.
  • Solid knowledge of Change, Release, and Incident Management frameworks and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and challenge third‑party providers when required.
  • Experience working within structured, compliance‑driven, or regulated IT environments.
  • Detail‑oriented, analytical, and focused on delivering results.
  • Comfortable using ITSM platforms and operational monitoring tools (such as Azure DevOps or similar).
