Business Process Expert

Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and Governance.
• Extensive experience in business process analysis, modeling, optimisation, risk assessment, and organisational change management.
• Proven track record as a Business Process Consultant or Solution Architect on 5+ large-scale projects.
• Hands-on experience with process modeling tools such as ARIS, Archi, or Enterprise Architect.
• Professional certification in Business Architecture (e.g., BPMN, BP CBOK, TOGAF, or ARIS) is required.
• Strong ability to build professional relationships across teams and influence organisational change.
• Master's degree in Pedagogics, Public Administration, Communication, Marketing, or Social Sciences (or a Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience).
• Knowledge of business process management in EU IT systems and EU administrative rules (procurement, contract management) is highly advantageous.
• Languages: English (fluent).

Job Description:

• Design, model, and optimise business models, processes, and capability frameworks to align with EU governance standards.
• Contribute to the implementation of enterprise architecture across European Commission IT systems.
• Coordinate the application of architecture standards while mentoring junior colleagues.
• Conduct risk analyses, process assessments, and support organisational change initiatives.
• Build long-term professional relationships across various teams and stakeholders.
