We are itsme, one of Europe's fastest-growing scale-ups, counting 110 team members and growing. We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Lead to steer and coach a team of account executives and account managers, including a partnerships manager. Your main objective is to drive accelerated commercial growth and success in Belgium. This role involves executing a market strategy, and positioning itsme as a leader in digital identity solutions. Your team will be responsible for growth, both in new customer acquisition and in the existing customer base, and this for our entire product portfolio. We expect a strong focus on building strong relationships with new and existing clients, while also leading the way in bringing product innovations to market. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance the customer experience, drive accelerated impact on operational excellence and raise engagement standards. You will report directly to the Country Manager of Belgium. This role requires robust commercial skills and a strong commitment towards developing your team leadership skills.
What your job looks likeTeam Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 4 to 5 sales and account management professionals, fostering a high-engagement and high-performance culture that aligns with company objectives.
Customer Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within your portfolio of customers. Ensure customers are realizing maximum value from their current solutions by providing ongoing support, guidance, and strategic insights.
Increase Usage and Volume: Work with customers to expand their engagement with Itsme's services by identifying opportunities for new use cases and increasing adoption across their business operations.
Revenue Growth: Take ownership of innovation focussed sales and upsell targets and drive revenue growth by proactively identifying opportunities for Itsme products and services.
Solution Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and propose customized solutions that align with their goals, driving the adoption of new services.
Contract Renewals & Negotiations: Lead the renewal process for existing contracts, ensuring continued partnerships and exploring opportunities for growth in value.
Market & Industry Insight: Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital identity, security, and customer needs to identify innovative ways to address evolving challenges.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet customer requirements and support product development initiatives based on customer feedback.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically, while also executing tactically to drive results and achieve revenue goals.
Excellent Communication: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions to C-level executives and decision-makers.

Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar client-facing role, ideally in digital identity, SaaS, or technology industries.
Language proficiency: Full proficiency in Dutch, French, and English or Mother tongue French and full proficiency in English.
Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust and influence key stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Change Enablement: Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and achieve results.
Results-driven: Track record of successfully growing accounts, increasing usage, and driving revenue growth.
You are highly familiar with modern Sales tech tools (e.g. Salesforce, PowerBI, Apollo and other respective Sales-related AI tools) and understand how to use them to enable data-driven and efficient Sales operations.
Business Acumen: Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand customer business models and identify how Itsme's solutions can drive further success.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to present creative solutions and strategies to clients.
Team Leadership: Leadership skills to rally internal teams around a shared vision for customer success.
