• Support study teams with trial documentation, filing, and tracking.

• Provides support to CRA and PM in all phases of clinical studies (start-up, enrolment, follow-up, closure etc.), including submissions.

• Maintain the Trial Master File (TMF) in compliance with ICH‑GCP and internal standards.

• Assist in the preparation of study materials (e.g., investigator binders, site forms).

• Schedule meetings, take minutes, and manage study-related communication.

• Track study progress, metrics, and site status.

• Coordinate shipment of study supplies and materials to sites.

• Bachelor degree in biological or (para-) medical sciences

• First experience or internship in preferably clinical research (CRO or hospital setting)

• Demonstrates ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing

• Fluent in Dutch or French and English.

• Team player towards the study teams.

• Self-motivational and independent worker.

• Demonstrates ability to identify and adapt to shifting priorities.
