The appointee will be responsible for
- Overseeing and leading the administrative team to provide full spectrum of administrative support to the Office including but not limited to human resources and financial matters
- Ensuring quality services delivered by administration team.
- Providing secretarial support to internal and external committee meetings.
- Serving as internal and external liaison person for the Office.
- Serving as the overall coordinator of events and activities organized by the Office.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in a business discipline, with at least 7 – 10 years of relevant post-qualification administrative experience in a tertiary institution with at least 3 years of supervisory capacity. Those with lesser experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Manager.
- The candidate should be self-motivated, resilient, accountable, and a good team player with good communication skills.
- The candidate should have strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using the applications on the Microsoft 365 office platform, such as OneDrive, SharePoint, OneNote, and Microsoft Teams. Experience in e-transformation is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese including Cantonese and Putonghua.
(Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
