SAP MM Functional Analyst

To reinforce our IT team we are looking for a SAP MM Functional Analyst.

As SAP MM Functional Analyst you have a key position in the Supply Chain IT team, supporting global procurement, material management, and external sourcing processes. The role ensures the seamless integration of procurement data with the broader Ontex IT landscape.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the implementation of the Coupa tool: blueprinting, functional testing and roll-out. Ensuring seamless integration between Coupa and S/4HANA.
• Configure the relevant SAP/Coupa modules, document functional designs, test cases, and work instructions in order to enable maintainable, auditable solutions.
• Participate in projects ensuring a qualitative implementation of solutions as defined in the blueprint
• Provide second line support and give key user training via train the trainer
• Write technical specifications for program changes to be implemented by the Integration & Development team
• Contribute to the S/4HANA program (fit to standard, gap remediation, cutover readiness) to modernize the ERP core with minimal business disruption

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent by experience
• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP MM customizing
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of other modules, specific SD, or Coupa is a bonus
• Problem-Solving: strong analytical mindset with a proactive and positive attitude
